Does my CF have any affect on STI results?

I tested for STI's 6 weeks ago and they came back negative thankfully. My question is would my CF impact the results - giving false negatives? I am relatively healthy 25 year old who is on zithromax full time but have had no transplants.

Should I trust the results?
