Facial Redness

Since I was 14-15 (I'm 17 now), I've had a constant redness in my cheeks. No bumps or burning, just a lot of redness. All the time, people point it out, and I've always been thinking about it because of it. It looks like I'm blushing 24/7, but I'm not even embarrassed or anxious.
