What is this rectal pain caused by?

Hello. After an abortion with vacuum the next day I had very strange rectal feeling, as there was a foreign object. 5 days later I had a laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cysts, because they thought that might be the problem, it was over 5cm.
But that feeling persists. When I sit... When I walk, I feel a foreign object in my rectum, when my bf try to excite me, I feel again the rectal discomfort, not the excitement. It's absolutely awful and I am really confused what to do. Please, help.
