I have herpes now

I know i have herpes now. I slept with a girl who confirmed she has it and recently had a outbreak. My question is what over the counter meds will help with a genital and oral outbreak first time?

You had an outbreak, or she recently had an outbreak?

Just because she has it doesn't mean you'll get it. If you're male, and you were in a long term, monogamous relationship with her, there would only be a 4% chance that you'd get it from her over the course of a year.

If you get symptoms, you need to see a doctor. The best thing to take is antivirals, which are pretty inexpensive, even without insurance. You can go to an STD clinic or health department if you don't have health insurance, and they can check you out.

Its been 4 days no symptons yet. She had an outbreak recently.
You don't know that you have herpes then. I was with my ex for 6 years before I got herpes from him. Some people never get it from their partners.

Start using condoms with partners, and ask about their STD status BEFORE sex.

If you see any sores, go get them cultured by a doctor, and get some antivirals.
Day 8 , it looks lije a small red blister has appeared on my testicale dont know how long its been there. It burns sometimes
Burns a lot, looks like herpes.
Have you seen a doctor? The only way to know is to go get it cultured. No one can tell you anything online. Having it on the testicle is unusual, but not unheard of. Just go today to an urgent care or STD clinic and get it cultured. Don't put anything on it or try to pop it.
