Hi, I am male straight 30 years. I have been with escorts and massage parlours. In massage parlour I only receive handjobs. With escorts I do sex with condom and also blowjob condom covered. I never give oral except sucking boobs.

I think the symptoms look like posthitis. Inflammation of the foreskin. I have only this. Can it be a STD? Or there should be accompanying symptoms?

This is not an STI symptom at all - but well done using protection!

I would suggest seeing a Dr for this. I can say 100% this is not an STI but im unable to comment further
