Son's stomach pain - HELP!

We have a son who is 11 who has had stomach pain for over a year and a half and is progressively getting worse with almost constant pain and especially after digesting anything!

Here's where we are at...

Endoscopy confirmed GERD and irritation in the oesophagus
Biopsy showed no allergies
PPIs and H2 blockers don't work.
Most medications don't work (eg codeine, valium, phenergen)
Does not suffer heart burn
Is Gluten & Dairy free
No constipation
No parasites
No Candida
Negative for Barrett's Esophagitis
Western & Chinese herbs have no effect
Have taken him out of school due to pain and also to lower any stress as he has mild Asperger's
Doctors are talking about Nissen Fundoplication
Looking to do further Pfeiffer protocol
Seems to be cyclic where is gets worse for a couple weeks and then eases but can't find anything that triggers this

His B12 was tested and is good.
Would have thought they would have tested for bile reflux when he had the endoscopy - nothing was said.

My wife is meticulous with tracking his food and activities. He did start eating meat about two years ago as his siet became so limited on a GF/DF diet - also is more suitable for his blood group.

We have more appointments this week with Pfeiffer dr, new pead and then pead gastro surgeon , so hope to find out more and will post results.

I am so sorry ur son is going thru this.

May I ask...has his B12 been checked?....also was he checked for bile reflux...it's symptoms are similar to acid reflux, but the typical meds do not work.

Have u kept a journal of his food, and activities as well as his mood?

I pray u find out what is going on and u share with us what u find out.
