Myocarditis?

Hello,

Just had my 2nd dose pfizer 3 days ago. Yesterday I woke with a noticeable chest pain left side to my sternum area. I can point to this pain with only one finger. The pain is triggered by changing body position and mainly when i move my neck to the right side. Sometimes possibly when i move my left arm also. I don't suffer any other symptoms except mild dizziness on and off.

Should i be worried of Myocarditis?

Thanks
