is it a yeast infection?

I have what i think is a rash on my vagina and it goes into my butt crack. The bumps are not at all tiny but not huge either. They are on the outside part of my vagina and inside of my butt crack mainly. But i have one near my clitoris thats itchy and one on my inner labia. itchy and stings when i pee. I have these bumps around my anus to and its itchy. I have no abnormal discharge. I never had a  yeast infection before.

Usually with a yeast infection you will have a white thick discharge, but not always. I'm wondering if this could be a heat rash. Do you work out a lot, wear thongs, nylons, anything you can think of that might be irritating you? Also, are you sexually active?  If so, have you been checked for any STD's?
