Here is a list of all our printed materials that are available for downloading. "HTML" displays the complete text of the item on the screen.  "PDF" calls up the item in camera-ready Portable Document File format (you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view it).  The PDF version is the same as the document you would receive by ordering directly from the Coalition and is more suitable for certain purposes, e.g., for reproducing the item as a handout for patients or for clinic staff. Both forms are available to you from this one page.
