Are there any studies that correlate the use of Prozac or other SSRI's to increased risk of birth defects, specifically down syndrome?

Dear Darren:
A medline search finds no association between prozac and down syndrome. since down syndrome is a chromsomal anaomaly, I would not expect medications that have no impact on genetic mechanisms to be linked.
