Dupuytren’s contracture
Symptoms

  • Difficulty extending the fingers -- the fourth and fifth fingers curl up and are unable to be easily straightened
  • Painless nodule in the palm, developing into a cord-like band
  • Thickening of the lines in the palms of the hands
