Healthier Eggnog

The traditional fat-and sugar-laden beverage gets a healthy makeover with a few simple modifications. Cut calories and carbs by swapping heavy cream with unsweetened almond milk and sugar with a low-calorie sweetener such as agave syrup. Make sure you use egg substitute or whole pasteurized eggs as your base; the raw eggs used in some traditional eggnog recipes carry a big food safety risk.
