WPC is a small, personalized yet highly professional primary care practice. We devote more time to each patient to insure quality care. Our typical new patients come to us, usually by recommendation from a current patient, to help manage or diagnose difficult medical problems. We use computer software to aid in our medical diagnostic decision making which has greatly enhanced our diagnostic abilities. We have patients who travel from New Hampshire, Rhode Island and throughout Massachusetts to receive care with us. We have many physician who choose us for their medical care. We use an electronic medical records which is linked to the Newton-Wellesley, MGH and Brigham and Womens Hospitals. Our patients have access to their test results via the web. Currently we are only accepting concierge patients (we have a 95% retention rate with our concierge patients!) Weston Primary Care offers the following services to our concierge patients: - 24/7 access by email or cell phone - Same or next day visits - Longer visits - Weekend visits - Video Conferencing - Health Coaching - Monthly Home visits for our elderly patients

About You
Dr. Murphy graduated from Boston University Medical School in 1995. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine/Primary Care tract at Boston Medical Center (the old Boston City Hospital). He dreamed, however, of having his own medical practice but the time for this had not yet come. After finishing residency, he passed the American Board of Internal Medicine examination to become Board Certified in Internal Medicine (he also passed his recertification examination in 2008!). Weston Primary Care opened in 2007. Since that time, Dr Murphy & Weston Primary Care have thrived on maintaining a small, personalized primary care practice. He has four children and his wife is also a physician at another Internal Medicine practice.
