Am back on track .. with my diet and my life. Looking forward to joining all of you tomorrow online. Want to get some activities started to bring us all back together again. I am healing emotionally and have made great strides and am finally resolving some of the last issues in my life. Those underlying emotions have to be tackled, understood and dealt with .. and life is good! Miss you all and can't wait to see you!

It was actually homemade chili with very lean meat, kidney beans, Mrs Grimes chili beans, tomato juice, onion and chili pepper. It was delicious and a last minute meal after church. There is a huge outreach with school kids that I am so looking forward to!
