Used 2 TBSP of real cherry juice in large glass of ice water with Splenda ... trying to do something to help my hurting knee joint. That, and a pain pill ... not letting me sleep well. Very little meniscus remains and it is bone on bone in my left knee and inflamed. With all the meds for the tummy thing and fighting the infection for 6-12 months, can't have cortisone shot to tone it down ... All ideas welcome!
