Just a quick note to say hi!  Can you please tell me how I am suppose to add in my calories for the food I eat each day? :) I know that may seem stupid and I am sure it is simple, but its not coming to my mind.  I put my food in the journal but need a little help. :) Thanks so much, and I am excited about this tracker!  Karen (severe pain)
