Ingrown Hairs/ occasional acne

I 22 and am still having problems with my beard. I have been exfoliating and using a good lotion but I think my beard has not become fully mature yet. Is this possible? Does anyone know of any RX products that may help against ingrown hairs that will also help with acne? If so I would really appreciate your help. Thanks

Neutrogen Rapid Clear Acne Defense Lotion. It has salicylic acid at the correct pH to help with the acne and the ingrown hairs. It's really great.
