hi i have combination skin with really dry skin and i have acne and some cysts, what is the best acne treatment out there for my type of skin...cleansers...toners...etc??? proactiv...benzaclin..etc??

i have the same problem too. combination skin, parts of my face cracks, part of my face is oily. i have acne problems too. i tried so many kinds of cleansers, creams. they were no use. can anyone help? im going to run to the skin centre soon if it gets worse..

Well, this stinks, is your skin dry all over, and oily in the t-zone? Here are some suggestions: cleansers should be sensitive skin cleansers, like the dove cleansers, or Neutrogena sensitive skin bar. You should also get benzoyl peroxide for sensitive skin, a lower dosage, and spot apply only. For moisturizer, cetaphil is recommended, but I find it really heavy, I use Olay Sensitive Skin formula, and I have oily skin and it is just right.

Regarding getttnig your skin clear, you don't say how old you are, but there is a hormonal birthcontrol pill, Yasmin, that may work magic on you. You might want to give it a try.

hiya, I'm 31 been on the same pill for years, is Yasmin a pill you take for 21 days then have 7 days off, Got appointmeent with Dr soon, be grateful for any advice, thanks x
