Acne may be the problem?

Ok, so I have been recently been playing Vollyball now, and I have been sweating alot, and I noticed that there were something like zits on my arm and I didn't pay attention to it, and it spread to my leg and now I am worried, they are not like regular zits it's like they don't have the stuff in them, like it has something that looks like water in it, and it keeps spreading.
I looked online and I don't know if this goes with my problem but it said about sweating alot that that may cause the problem, and another one said it might be dry skin and to put lotion on it.
But I don't know what to do!
Please help me and reply back.
oh and by the wayy, I made the vollyball team :]

When I used to play alot of sports like Volleyball:), Baseball etc. and sweat I would get the same little bumps. Didn't really pay attention to them. Of course now that I don't do alot of my sports I haven't really noticed them as much anymore. Could just be small sweat bumps.. Also remember when you sweat your body is also getting rid of alot of toxins in your body as well.
