huge pimple

i have a huge pimple on my lip. it hurts so bad. i was wondering what is the best way to get rid of huge, embarrassing pimples fast!? please help.

Short term embarrassment is much better than a long term scar. I have tried so many things to get rid of these and in the end it only causes a long term scar. One thing that helped a litte was a tube called "Draw out salve".

I know when you read this it is going to sound pretty bad...But I have learned that toothpaste (white paste) has work the best.....It brings out the pimple alot faster...Which allows it to leave sooner...
Or witch hazel
