Ephedra is one of the many bases of which crank is made. It is VERY addictive.You can and will loose eveything that is important to YOU; family, friends, job, car, house, money!!!! sure at first it is fun then if you are lucky reality will set in before it's too late to get through the pain of addiction. Get help as soon as possible if you are one of the many who suffer from this life of hell. Re-Habs are out there for any of US whom this way of last resort can help. Please seek any and all that may be of comfort to the disease of addiction.
