NIGHT TIME DRUGS

SMALL QUESTION...I TAKE OVER THE COUNTE DRUGS TO HELP ME SLEEP ALMOST EVERY NIGHT FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS STRAIGHT, AND A GOOD YEAR OR LONGER BEFORE THAT SPARINGLY...IS IT POSSIBLE THAT I WOULD SUFFER FROM SEVER NAUSCEA IF I DIDN'T TAKE ANY FOR A COUPLE DAYS?? (I.E. IS IT POSSIBLE TO ACTUALLY GET PHYSICALLY ADDICTED TO SUCH THINGS?)
