Alcohol Reaction

by meg, Nov 19, 1999 12:00AM
I have a girlfriend who recently after taking two sips of a drink had Broncospasms, distended neck veins, peripheral vasoconstriction, decreased b/p, near syncopal episode and slightly tacky with a very red face...this has only happend twice. She drinks socially once a week and never more then two drinks....in the last two months this has happend twice...She has no significant medical history that I am aware of...I would appreciate any comments on this, I have searched and searched to no avail. Sincerely, Meg G.
