Where has Skipper been lately?

by GOD, Aug 23, 2002 12:00AM
Skip... We are beginning to miss you!

Where are you, and why the infrequent postings?

How is your eye lately?

How did the 2 milligrams of morphine in the emergengy room affect you? Now that the doctors have polluted you with SO MUCH morphine, Has your tolerance level gone sky-high?

Your wife, Irish rose, hasn't posted in a long time as well. Is she "Mad" at us junkies? If so, what is the basis of her anger, and what can we do to aleive her current anger at us?

How is Meaty Boy, the Keeshound? Is he getting frequnt walks? With all the rain we have been getting lately, how are his walks affected?

As a fellow poster, your duty now is to answer these simple questions. Thank you for you responses in advance.

Have a good day,

Jess

Hey i'm ok... just some minor health problems that are finally be-

ing resolved. thankyou Jess for your concern. did i mention the

hospital (methodest) charged me (or rather workman's comp $89.00

for those 2 lousy mg of ms? what a bunch of narkophobic shitheads.

when i told them in the ER i was on oxycontin and had missed a dose

they started treating me like the worst white trash ever. when the

possibility of surgery was brought up, i told them i wanted a bath first. i'ld been working and was dirty and sweaty. this RN looked

at me like i'ld never wanted one before (a bath) why would you want

one now?

I'll be gone until sunday. everyone have a good weekend and keep an

angel on your shoulder

Hey Jess, no I'm not mad. Just a lot of stuff going on in my life too. I work for another government entity as a contractor and they have been sending me to every friggin corner of Minnestota lately. Fortunately  I like Minnesota. My closest friend here in the Big O was recently diagnosed with metastatic lung cancer. She's only a couple of years older than me ( I'm zoomin in on 42) and I'm just devastated. Can't imagine my life without her in it so I'm trying to make the best of what is right now.

Skipper and I are off to see parents this weekend, my mom tonight and then a jolly visit to the nursing home where his dad is. His dad loves to eat chocolate and talk about the other "inmates" as he refers to his fellow residents, its always a heartbreaker but at least he still knows us. So we're off with a big box of Russell Stovers in tow.

     When we gonna meetcha?

Looking forward to it. Take care.
