An idea I did so I wont forget the pain!
I took my vido camera and taped myself 4 days ago when it was 1 am and I thought I was going to die. Now anytime I think of pills I press play and it wakes me up. I look like hell and its a good thing cuz I would have already taken a pill if I didn't watch that train reck 5 times a day!
I know you're gonna make it. You had the insight to find a tool to use when you have any kind of urge to use again.
