I'm sorry to hear you had a "day" yesterday. The positive part of that scenario is that you were on the giving end of that dealio. I'm posting up here re: Supplements so you won't have to scroll all the waaaaaay down.
On the L-Tyrosine... do you take the 2000mgs that are suggested in the Thomas Recipe? That stuff is one of the few supplements that actually is felt almost instantly.. I was really surprised at it's effect. However, 2000mgs is too much for me it does make me jittery. I am taking 1 - 500 mg a day.
I'm a bit leary of the HTP-5 and I know that controversy is well over for at least 10 years.. conversely I read that it really does a good job with keeping up with NT. I was surprised you didn't add a B-complex to that list. The "B's" are so essential, but I was a Vit popper way before detox, I really feel a huge difference when I don't take my Stress B-complex. I'm going to do a bit of reading on the other stuff.. I wasn't familiar with any of it.
Since weaning off of Xanax, I found a Herb/supplement called Bacupa...a natural supplement for anxiety... that too was available at Vit Shoppes and it has helped me with the anxiety. The rebound anxiety that exacerbated from Xanax w/d is a killer for me. I just don't know how anyone functions with that level of anxiety. First four days into detox I was eating Valerian like it was popcorn... I can't look at another one of those pills right now..LOL I wrote down your list, I just want to see what the other stuff does/is. But thanks for sharing that with us.
