The thomas recipe suggest L-Tyrosine... but it says 2000mgs in the morning...
That's 4 pills... this particular supplement works right away in your system it's not one of those that you need to take for a week... 2000 (4-pills) make me skitterish...so I dropped down ... 1 pill in the morning gives me a boost. Keep my size in mind though... just take it and see how you feel. You can always add more...I don't like jittery feeling... so that's why I'm posting this to you.

If ever you are in doubt about taking anything, go to "Google" and type in "whatever", you will get explanations on everything and anything imagineable.
I take Silymarin/Milk Thistle Extract, 150mg for liver replenishment, every day. L-Lysine, 500mg, I take as a protein suppliment. Since I can't seem to get off the Fiorinal for migraines I find it necessary to take vitamins since chemicals alter most goodness in the organs.
Check out Dr. Andrew Weil's website...there is a test you can take that will tell you what vitamins you should be taking as to your lifestyle and what you ingest into your body.
