Can 1 or 2 cigarettes a week hurt me?

by adipoli, Feb 21, 2007 12:00AM
I was a frequent smoker before (7 to 10 cigarettes a day). But now I smoke 1 or 2 a week. I have high cholesterol and triglycerides. My question is,
1.Is there anything greater than a negligible chance I'll experience negative side effects to my health, and if so, in what ways?
2.Is smoking anyway related to sinus?

I think you posted in the wrong forum.  The Smoking Forum should certainly be able to answer your question.
