I suffer from panic disorder, and have seen the linden method advertised.  I have been through years of therapy, CBT, meds, etc.  Have heard good & bad about the linden method.....can you share a little more about your experience, & how it has helped you?  I would love to be panic/anxiety free, but don't want to waste the money if it's not going to work for me.....thanks

If used to its fullest, it will help you.  It has taught me a lot about understanding what anxiety is.  Everything you look in to will show good and bad.  I have used the Linden Method, and it has helped me.  I suggest it.
