The Haze Is Finally Starting To Lift - Thanks Lady Sundown

Hi everyone. I am 20 days off valium and finally I can see the light at the end. I have waking up and feeling that hazy confused disoriented feeling has been lifting. I am slowly getting my appetite back and my shaky hands have subsided.

I am still pretty tired most days even after sleeping pretty well at night. I really would not of got through this without the help and support of ladysundown. Even though everyone here is coming off some substance or other, I really felt I could relate to her from her past experience with valium.

Thanks so much to LS and the others who were kind enough to type me a reply. If I never see that demon pill again it will be too soon.

I just hope that everyone else comes through as well. It really is worth it to have your life back on track.

LS, I hope your withdrawals are going well. I wish you the best and hope you can pull through. In fact I know you will pull through.
Take care
xxx

I am so happy for you! I know what you went through and not many people really make it. You have guts. I was glad to help, but it was you that did the work and kept going through all those horrible times. You're the only one I'm sure of here anymore......((((((((WELL DESERVED HUG)))))).....Connie
