does anyone know how to get rid of that burn in your neck and shoulders?

I feel like my skin is on fire and I am tapering. I can deal with no sleep, stomach problems and stuff but my skin burns. I tried ct but whimped out couldn't function. I mean it's been 11 years on and off but mostly on tramadol
