Trying to quit smoking

by laura1977, Mar 21, 2007 12:00AM
I'm wanting to quit smoking, need some help on how to do this.  I am not the norm smoker.  I can go hours without having one as long as I am not at home.  While at home I go outside to do it because I have kids.  Never smoke in the car or at restaurants. Only at home in the back yard.  Can't seem to stop it though.  Any help!
