I woke up this morning really dragging and feeling down. I should have known what was coming next. If I go for a long time with no sleep and my body gets stressed I always get swollen glands and really bad sore throat and cold sores and no energy what so ever. I am really having a hard time swallowing and could really use a pain pill! lol. thanks for listening to me vent.
the same thing happens to me, sweetie, when I don't sleep. Will anything help you rest? You might need to start and anti-biotic. BOdy can't fight off infections when it's not healthy.
just drinking alot of airborne, it usually goes away in a few days. thanks for responding.
