Wow.. holy new people.. I go off for one night to relax and I hardly recognize any names.. 
Welcome to the site everyone.. and to all my old friends I hope you had a good night of sleep..

I woke up stiff and sore from my massage yesterday..gonna attempt some stretching .

yeah so far stretching hasn't gotten too far.. I am really sore today.. my sciaticia is actually swollen.. great i gotta go stand on it all day..

I know its afternoon but good morning anyway  I hope everyone is having a good day thus far.  I am still struggling with the same old ****.  As I'm sure most of us are.  But I'm here another day and I'm gladd for that.   There was a time I didn't feel that way.  Have a wonderful day everyone.
