That is some very interesting reading! I have found more of the book by going to the 2nd or 3rd page on my google search. Cat Paw Yoga maybe? At any rate, it is a fascinating premise. I am going to buy it. (ordered all 3 books) There is definately a mind-body connection. I have a bad back, and IBS....I'm now convinced those are mind distractors. What amazes me is how simple the concept is. You would definately have to be in the right frame of mind to read it. Desperation. Otherwise it would be easy to get angry and defensive. You have to get this book.It is a famous book.It's small and cheap.lol
You can get it on-line or any book store.It's not about exercises or
stretching,etc.I don't want to try to explain it because I will do a
bad job of it.The Dr. takes an MRI of 100 healthy people. He finds that
30-50% have herniated disks, but no pain.Then he sets out to understand
why some people have pain for 2 months and some for 5 years.The answer
is Tension Myositis Syndrome TMS. I hope thats what you have..lol
If you do like me.Your back pain will be gone forever.
I am feeling real good for day 4. I have minimal W/D left.Only thing left
is trouble sleeping.But i can deal with that.I don't think anyone ever died from lack of sleep.Taking the supplements I learned in this forum is giving me energy.
I am not sure if you were the one that said you had lack of energy and
depression~~~~and you were drinking wine...Try to cut out the wine.That will make a big difference.Alcohol is a depressant.

Hey how are ya....I spoke with you briefly Sun night at the meeting. This book....I have the same ailment as you basically! Same level of herniation. Does the book have exercises, or specific methods to heal the back? I would be interested in buying this book because I still have horrible back pain/sciatica and obviously cannot take pain meds ever again! Thanks for the info!
