iam for sorry a pharmacist from egypt 37 years ,i want to ask two question when i marid in 1999 i was addicting distalgisic(dextropropxyphen HCl) and i quit in clininc cause the drug make hyper-acidity i am asking is that affect on my kids 2 boys then i left it to about 1800-2200 mg tramadol HCl can i use tegretor in decreasing the dose of tramadol and what is the effect of this dose on my live .......thanks

that is alot of tramadol. are you asking should you taper? If you are asking that then absolutely. Don't try to quit with that much tramadol. I've been taking 200 mgs a day and I am fighting withdrawals bad. Be careful
