hi everyone its been 26 days since last time i used and i tell u that it gets better . taking 1000 mg of oxy leaves a mark on your body but the longer you stay sober the better it feels .also i recomend taking vitamins it helps alot specialy b comlex or amino acids and workouts start slowly and you will feel better . good luck and just stay clean and god bless you all
