One month and two days!
I am so very pleased with myself. I have been off of oxy for exactly one month and two days now. I started coming to this website when I was having a difficult time quitting. I would try to stop c/t, get to like 5 or 6 days and do it again. It was very hard to stop. I finally made an appt. with an addict. doc and got suboxone. Guess what...I did not do oxy once after starting it! It was the best thing I could have ever done for myself. I finally started tapering down the suboxone and I only have a few more days before I will stop taking it all together. Yeahhh!!! I know it doesn't stop there, it's something I will probably fight my entire life, but **** yeah I feel good again!
Congratulations.....it's so good to hear a positive story. It is something we have to fight all of our lives but you are on the right path....Good luck with the sub taper and stay strong....Your on your way!
