Good morning all. I got to say I do feel better today, I know now i can do this. I slept 7 hours last night without waking up. YAH !! Wish me luck today folks. love ya all !!

hey jeff keep goin man. it is gonna get real f***** up before it gets better. im on day 24. it takes about 1 week for the physical part to mostly go then it is a mental struggle for a good week or more. hang tough and dont give up.
