Have you been reading the past posts. That was my question. I did AAROD but I seem to be on track w/everyone else. Seems as though day 3 or 4 get better but not perfect. Some people go back to feeling kinda crummy on day 7 but it gets better. When your in it it seems like forever but the days do pass and before you know it your trhere
I'm on my 6th day today and felt awful getting out of bed (but that could have been my Fibromyalsia) but am better now, six hours later. Still a bit sore, muscle crampy and suddenly feeling a bit pukey, but much better than day 2,3 & 4, that's for sure.
