wd pain or Fibro pain?

Question

I'm in so much pain right not it just sucks. I just did too much today, physically. When I do that the Fibro pain kicks in and I feel like I've got the worse flu couple with being run over by a mac truck. I'm going to try some advil, and keep my fingers crossed.

Tomorrow is day 7 and it will be a better day.

I so envy you for being able to take the Lyrica? Neurotnin.  That stuff made me dangeroulsy sleepwalk on all first 4 doses. I too have FM and now the doc tells me I have either RA or OA.  I also have silicone poisoning which makes my symptoms mimic those of other dreadful diseases which makes it had to get a good diagnosis.  

I just pray I can find a med that I can tolerate.

I also have fibro.  My doctor perscribed me Gabapentin.  It has been a miracle drug for me.  It affects the nerves and is not a narcotic.  Therefore it helps with muscle pain without the high feeling.  I only have fibro pain now when I really overdo it, but not half as bad as I used to.  I am free to work and clean and play with my kids again.

I do not know if you would have the same luck as me but maybe its worth a try.

It could be both coupled together. What meds. were you taking and for how long? What was the fm pain like prior to the meds.? And why did you decide to stop taking your pain meds? Is the advil helping?

I forgot to add that I can't tell if it is the Fibro pain or if it's the wd. It sure feels worse right now than it did this morning. I dunno. Ugh.
