day 5 - migraine , sneezing fits

Question

has anyone else suffered migrane pain thru withdrawals?  I had been feeling pretty decent and work around 4 with a horrible migraine and I haven't been able to sleep.  I woke my next door neighbor who is a substitue teacher and she will covver my classes for me but my head feels like it is going to crack open.  Also I'm sneezing like a mad woman.  Every 10-15 seconds.  up to 30 in a row.  Do I have hayfever or is this part of withdrawal?  I checked the allergy / hayfever index for the area and it is on the low side.  anyone have suggestions on how i may be able to get more sleep?  Is it safe to take ambien in the day time?  will it work?

i was only on my 2 day and i could not sneezing that is apart of w/d....i take imitrex for migranes works wonders, need a persription but not hard to get becasue it is not a narcotic..If i were you i would take it during the day..Sleep is sleep..

I had the sneezes with wds and a light headache but not migraines.  ALso, I am a teacher as well and wanted to say you are soooo lucky to have a sub living next door!  Take care of yourself and get lots of rest, this year is almost up!   Are you teaching summer school or do you have it off?

I'll be teaching all summer, it is a year round program designed to keep high risk teens in school and active in the community so they don't get themselves into trouble. I have had the same group for 3 years - it was a pilot program. And they are amazing to me.
