day 12 ct, body feels ok, mind still very busy, very little sleep, but laying there was comfortable :)

its been a nightmare, i am almost in a dream state now, almost zero sleep for 11 days, first 7-9 days my body was very very uncomfortable along with my mind, now my body is much more comfortable but my mind continues to race uncontrolably.
i want to be COMPLETELY CLEAN more than anything.
and i am willing to endure whatever it is i need to endure to have it.
tossing and turning all night every 30 seconds for 6 or 8 nights is not to high a price to pay for the rest of my life back if you ask me.
i lay down a lot, hot water is heaven, tv, walking dogs all help but i go to bed tired and lay there aching wondering if it will ever stop.
i know it will, and very very soon.
