And I have only taken a quarter of a subetex and wow i'm not feeling so good I feel like crawling out of my skin and screaming...Anyone have any suggestions?
I am told day 4 is the end of the worst of it.. just get through tonight and hope tommorrow is better.. A hot bath may help.. the anxiety and heart racing is the worst.. So sorry.. hope you feel better soon..
Thanks I am actually fortunate enough to be on clonipins so I just have to up my dose tempoary,LOL I have been here B4, but was just curious and well i'll be trying the shower thing. I'm going crazy...Thankfully I have tylonal PM I wlll be taking soon!....Oh and good luck with you and well everyone eles on here, I have read so many stories and it seems all way to familar.
