It isn't the best day for me but I am going to hang in there. You do the same thing and I will feel there was a reason I woke up this morning. If I helped you in anyway today, I am amazed. Hang in there darlin.

Yes you do help, anything you say makes a big difference in what i am going through. Thank you so much for your support. I think taking one day at a time and not looking any further does really help. Just tell yourself i made it one more day, then tomorrow you can say it again...ect. ect. This is so tough and it sucks but i know it can be done. Anything is possible is you are dertermined enough. I have been so darn depressed today and feel so bad inside, sometimes i just want to give up, but then i tell myself, WHY???? I made it 7 days, Do i really want to get back where i was a week ago? NO, i do not... We can do this, we all can... Lets all have faith and pray and keep talking in here, and i bet in a yr. from now if we all met in here again, we could really have some WONDERFUL stories to tell. It would really make us wonder how and why we put ourselfs through what we did. Good Luck, Please stay positive. One day at a time !!!
