Question

Ok i posted about rashes right..well come to find out i have sun poison from last week when i was at the lake a few days. 
just wanted to let everyone know i am not mutating from detox lol
it seems my body is healing now and things were kinda delayed and well here it is. but i have the creme for it and also while i getting my moms meds at my dr's today im going to ask for b-12 shot..i have a defeincy and have to take shots for that and just havent but that will help me alot. ive taken the vitamins but i can only absorb the b-6 not the b-12. im feeling really good about today. lil nervous but good

That's great lol!!!  I'm so glad you aren't mutating from detox lmaoooo... that's good to know isn't it? lol  Welp, good luck at the doc's office.  Don't be too nervous lol.  Good idea to get a b12 shot.  Think I might ask for that one next time i go to docs.  I need some energy!!!!

hey guys, if you wanna know about a GREAT multi-vitamin, there's a co. called "designs for health" and they have a product called "twice daily essential packets."  they have EVERYTHING in them.

i get them through my chiro, but i imagine you can get them a number of ways.

these are the BEST vitamins, and i swear they are helping (and i only take one of the packets a day!)

they ain't cheap... but neither were the drugs, right?

just tossin' it out there...
