sleeplessness
I tapered off methadone, went cold turkey off vicodin and xanax at the same time. Have been totallyoff for 6 days. How long does the sleeplessness last?
I am on day 19 and I am starting to sleep a little better. The worst for me was the first 10 days and I didn't start to have insomnia until the 3rd night of cold turkey. I am averaging about 6/7 hrs a night. Please try to hang in there and no that you are really going to feel better soon. I think some members that have been clean for awhile will be able to give you more information. Hang in there and don't give up.

all i know is your are strong and i mean strong.
i was like 8 days off hrydros n xanax and a cpl days ago had to pick the xanax back up to sleep and stop my mind from racing, now i did take them for 5 yrs so maybe it was harder for me.
