Cheer Up
In every life some rain must fall
I've heard that said so often
But when the rain stops, there's a lovely rainbow
To tell us God hasn't forgotten
If we didn't suffer at times
If there was no strife
How could we appreciate
The good things in life?
So, if right now you're down and out
Don't give up and never doubt
Things will get better, just wait, you'll see
God cares so much, for you and me
For after a storm, or dark of night
The sun comes out so warm and bright
Everything gets better, all wounds heal with time
Just keep the faith, and peace you'll find
And know tomorrow's another day
A second chance to find your way
You are His child, he loves you so
And He will guide you where you need to go
So take His hand, and follow him
Wherever he may lead
For he is our Father, he loves us all
And fulfills our every need
