Anyone ever hear of Chantix?

Question

This is a ned medicine my doctor gave me to quit smoking
ciggaretts. I hear noting but good things about this and how well it has worked for some. Go figure... Just I thought 
i"d throw that one out there.

someone posted about this a few weeks ago.

i, too, have already filled my prescription for it...but as i write, i have yet to even pick up the box from where i put it when i walked into the house.   not going to do much good that way, eh?

Yes i wasted 100.00.  I cant take it because it is like an antidepressant.It made me sick.I can't take anti's.Dammit!:p

Hi guys,my PM DR. gave me Wellbutrin also to quit the cigs.Took it once,
and well lets just say,it made me suicidal. After stopping it ASAP,I find out
that the Dr. didn't realize it had some wickedly major interractions with the other meds he was giving me.Just a word of advice,always double check on a
new med you get before taking it,even if your Dr. gives it to you,doesn't mean
he did his homework on it.Sorry to be off topic,a little.Good luck people.
