tramadol withdrawls

hi, i need some help i was taking tramadol for a couple of years, about 6 50mg pills. for the last week i cut down to about 1-2 pills a day. i just found out that i am pregnant and i stopped, i am pretty much going out of my mind. my legs are ressless and i can not sleep. i have a business and i can not miss work, is their anything i can do, so the withdrawls are not so bad?
